We are helping a Business Owner who is being targeted and victimized by a Landlord . The Landlord thinks he can screw the Tenant / Business Owner over by "Doubling his Rent" over 2 Years .

- Best of all the Property Owner charged the Tenants $ 50,000.00 to paint the stripes in the "Parking Lot" but he apparently used disappearing paint

The Original Tenant lied on her Rental Paperwork and got into the Property paying One Month Rent and Deposit . Then stopped paying rent and vanished , it turns out that :

What she did was invite all her ( Thug Friends and Associates ) to the home and property and turned it into a Dump and a Chop Shop for Stolen Vehicles and a haven for Drug Sales and Distribution .
She stopped returning calls and tried to vanish, while the Males all claimed to not live there and no who she was .

Again yet another ( Squatter Matter ) that involves taking over a home of a Deceased Washington Resident . Except this one has a few variations :
- The Resident of this Home Passed Away
- There was no Family so a State Executor was appointed
By the Time the Executor was Appointed there was Squatters already in the Home claiming to be Tenants . However they weren't , when we where assigned this matter we found :
- 25-30 People Occupying the Home
- Massive Amounts of People coming and going
- People living in Cars in the Driveway
- The House had no Water because they Squatters had no way to prove Tenancy and get water turned on
- They have been getting Buckets of Water from the River nearby to use the toilets
Here is where things get Dangerous and everyone needs to always be aware :
- This is a Court Matter
- While we can Identify Some People by Photos and Licenses Plates we ( Really Don't Know Who These People Are ) and there Backgrounds
- Squatters here have been Armed with Guns and Knives and made threats of Bodily Harm
- Our Team wears Body Armor and Squatters here made comments that if that Armor can't stop .308 Rounds don't come back
- They have threatened violence as in the picture when towing signs where posted the ( Ring Leader ) got Violent and Aggressive and was trying to get others on the property to join in
