He is on Parole and Probation and Currently "Squatting" and Refusing to Leave -

Just because you are dealing with a $ 10,000.00 a Month Rental or in this case more than that ( Doesn't Mean Let Your Guard Down ) . 

"Squatters" come in all shapes and sizes , just because they talk a (Big Game) and can Act and Pretend to be Big Shots doesn't mean they are.

These "Squatters" have been Removed and are gone and this matter for the home owners is closed but "Portland and the State of Oregon" Beware as I know they went from this AIRBNB straight to another Short Term Rental .

The home is Owned by an 89 Year Old Man who just lost his Wife of 25+/- Years and the "True POS Squatters" in the home are :

1. A 22 Year Old 
2. A 45 Year Old Homeless Man and his Apparent ( Minor Daughter ) 

The 22 Year Old is a ( Convicted Felon ) 

• Felony Elduing 
• Felony DUI 
• Felony Assault 

(Both Males)

• Known by Law Enforcement 
• Known by CPS
• Known by Department of Corrections 

The Home Owner is a Navy Vet Retired after 25 Years and was being kept locked in his Room by the Males .

Of Course Law Enforcement says "This is a Civil Matter' which it may be but there is Adult Protective Services Matters , Fraud , Theft and Draining Accounts as well as Crimes against Vulnerable Adults and Elder Abuse .

This matter makes us sick and we will not rest till everyone is gone and removed and we will take all steps to make that happen.

The City wants to fine property owners for situations like this and the Police and Law Enforcement say this is a Civil Matter. That is because what the City and State have done and created is a Cash Cow for Government.

Offering no solutions or help to Home Owners and Property Owners is what they wanted. It feeds Government with ( Court Costs and Charges as well as Government can Fine Landlords and Property Owners ) this was done to generate money . The system wasn't altered to protect ( Squatters and Homeless ) it was altered by greed and done by a Corrupt Government.

Destroying Private Property , Destroying Property Values and Destroying the Sense of Safety and Security the surrounding community had . We have done our part to restore that .

Squatting and taking over a property is without a doubt a major reason the Economy and Property Values are down. These people cost the Landlord and Property Owner North of $ 35,000.

7 Days after we got contacted they where gone and the Property Owner was able to restore his losses.

7 Days after we started the ( Squatters ) have left and abandoned the property and it has been put back in control of the Landlord and Property Owner. We don't stop and we don't back done as we have a job to do and we see it through.

This RV Park was in a Beautiful Area but being Destroyed and Overrun by  ( 6 Sets of Squatters ) they where :

• Using and Dealing Drugs 
• Damaging the Property 
• Theft 
• Vandalism
• Domestic Violence 
• Costing the New Property Owner ( Thousands and Thousands of Dollars ) 

We removed all the Squatters and Criminals from the Property and Restored the Property Owners there RV Park free and clear of issues.

( You have to exert Authority and Do What you Say and Not Back Down ) 

We fixed this Problem and took out the Trash -

This home is "Owned" by a Vulnerable Adult / Senior Citizen who suffered a massive stroke and has Tremendous Health Issues.

The ( POS ) Squatters are actually this lovely womans family and the only thing they care about is ( Drugs and Drug Sales and Using ) they have no Care or Concern for anyone.

These ( POS ) Garbage People are total scum and we will not stop till they are gone and this Home and Community as well as Neighborhood is "RID" of this garbage.

This property was taken back from Squatters ( 7 Days ) after Services began -

Squatters here where ( Criminals - Drug Addicts - Felons ) who took over a Deceased Washington Residents Property and tried through Force to hold the property.

The Squatters here where :

• Wanted Felons 
• Drug Addicts 
• Prostitutes 
• Sex Trafficking 
• Drug Dealing 
• Destroying the Home and Property 

While this was a Court Matter we took an "Aggressive" approach and removed the Squatters exercising our Legal Rights and taking a Firm Stance and Approach.

Squatters come in all shapes and sizes and use different tactics , this property is no different .

The Original Tenant lied on her Rental Paperwork and got into the Property paying One Month Rent and Deposit . Then stopped paying rent and vanished , it turns out that :

• She had a Felony Criminal Record she failed to Disclose 
• Drug Sales and Distribution 
• History of Violence and Assault 

What she did was invite all her ( Thug Friends and Associates ) to the home and property and turned it into a Dump and a Chop Shop for Stolen Vehicles and a haven for Drug Sales and Distribution .

She stopped returning calls and tried to vanish, while the Males all claimed to not live there and no who she was .
